Mary-Louise Scappaticci is an artist from the Brockville area who is participating in the November show. Her more recent work is inspired by travels to Italy. Here's a peek at this featured Artist in her home studio.

Highlighted this week is our Social Media Gal, Andrea Dowd of Buells Creek Chic. Andrea will be featuring at the Before the Rush Art Show November 7-9th. many of her most recent hand-painted antique and vintage furniture pieces as well as aaccessories. Her business focuses on being Earth Conscious, repurposing items and using earth friendly product. Andrea does custom work for clients and specializes in blending unique color palettes and incorporating various techniques. She can be found this coming weekend at the Merrickville Antique and Artisan Show on Sat. & Sun. Also, she has a smaller number of creations in Athens' Main Street Antique store next to the grocery store in the village.

FALL TIME in the THOUSAND ISLANDS... join an eclectic group of artists for Opening Night at the Ivy Lea Club this November 7th.
